Trabalho e gênero : aportes para o debate da questão social

Abstract

Este artigo pretende de forma sucinta apresentar algumas concepções acerca das categorias trabalho e gênero, situando esta discussão no campo do Serviço Social e das áreas das Ciências Sociais e Humanas, de forma a aproximar o leitor dos sentidos e significados destas categorias na vida social, além de problematizar algumas convergências e divergências conceituais no campo destas temáticas, objetivando suscitar reflexões e estimular o debate nos diversos campos do saber. De maneira aproximativa, também se objetiva trazer para a pauta do Serviço Social a abordagem dos respectivos assuntos tendo como fio condutor a questão social e suas múltiplas manifestações, compreendendo que trabalho e gênero, enquanto temas transversais constituintes e constitutivos da história da humanidade também se expressam e se revelam nas tensas relações sociais em que se dá a luta de classes. _______________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT

This article aims to briefly present some ideas about work and gender categories, placing this discussion in the field of Social Work and the Social Sciences and Humanities, in order to move the reader senses and meanings of these categories in social life, and to problematize some conceptual convergence and divergence of these issues in the field, aiming to generate ideas and stimulate discussion in various fields of knowledge. So rough, it also aims to bring to the forefront of social work approach their subjects with the guiding principle the social question and its multiple manifestations, including that work and gender as cross-cutting themes and constitutive components of human history are also expressed and reveal themselves in tense social relations that gives the class struggle.
