Abstract

"As mulheres, a comunidade de Conceição e suas lutas: histórias escritas no feminino", analisei nesse estudo, como as identidades foram sendo formatadas na comunidade para se enquadrar na política de identidades e poder recorrer à lei de identificação e de demarcação da terra. Para essa análise busquei informações nas leis que nomearam parte do povo brasileiro como quilombola. Identidade construída segundo um conjunto de valores, tradições e significações comuns, ser identificado como remanescente de quilombo torna-se instrumento de negociação estrategicamente utilizado. Significativamente, nos relato, é visível o propósito de identificar uma origem, um mito fundador, que legitima na sua longevidade e historicidade a ocupação e posse daquelas terras, assentada na ação das seis "crioulas" fundadoras. Não resta duvida de que nessa construção as mulheres são elementos significantes na construção identitária da comunidade e são dimensões simbólicas de pertença do grupo. Comunidade fundada por mulheres, negras e livres, ligadas por relações de parentescos. O esforço esteve assim, centrado em investigar a participação e as ações das mulheres que vivem hoje na comunidade. _______________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT

Under the heading "The women, the community of Conceição and its fights: histories written in the feminism", I analyzed in this study, as the identities had been being formatted in the community to be fit in the politics of identities and power to appeal to the law of identification and landmark of the land. For this analysis I searched information in the laws that had nominated part of the Brazilian people as "quilombola". Identity constructed according to a set of common values, traditions and common significations, to be identified as remaining of "quilombo" becomes strategically used instrument of negotiation. Significantly, in the story, the intention to identify an origin, a founder myth, that legitimizes in its longevity and history of the occupation and ownership of those lands, seated in the action of the six "Creoles" is visible. It does not remain doubts of that in this construction the women are significant elements in the identity construction of the community and are symbolic dimensions of belong of the group. Community established for women, free, on blacks and for blood relations. The effort was thus, centered in investigating the participation and the actions of the women who live today in the community.
