Os efeitos da crise política e ética sobre as instituições e a economia no Brasil

Abstract

Temos como objetivo neste artigo analisar os efeitos da crise política e ética instalada no Brasil sobre as instituições e a economia. Nessa avaliação será considerada a possível conexão que existe entre o funcionamento adequado das instituições no Brasil, o aumento da corrupção no governo e no parlamento e o crescimento econômico. Verificamos nessa avaliação que a fragilidade das instituições pode levar o Estado brasileiro, em médio prazo, a enfrentar uma crise de governabilidade, levando-se em consideração as condições sistêmicas inadequadas de exercícios do poder por parte do Estado para o atendimento das demandas da sociedade brasileira. Concluímos que a sociedade necessita se mobilizar para exigir que o próximo presidente da república priorize na sua agenda de governo a realização de uma profunda reforma do Estado brasileiro, com mudanças estruturais nas áreas política, judiciário, tributária, previdenciária e trabalhista, orientadas para preservar as instituições e estimular o desenvolvimento socioeconômico. __________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT

We have as objective in this article to analyze the effect of the crisis politics and ethics installed in Brazil on the institutions. In this evaluation the possible connection will be considered that exists enters the adequate functioning of the institutions in Brazil, the increase of the corruption in the government and the parliament and the economic growth. We verify in this evaluation that the fragility of the institutions can take the Brazilian State, in average stated period, to face a governability crisis, taking itself in consideration inadequate the systemic conditions of exercises of the power on the part of the State for the attendance of the demands of the Brazilian society. We conclude that the society needs if to mobilize to demand that the next president to the republic prioritizes in its agenda of government the accomplishment of a deep reform of the Brazilian State, with structural changes in the areas politics, judiciary, tax, providence and member of labor party, guided to preserve the institutions and to stimulate the socioeconomic development
