Brasília literária : de quem para quem

Abstract

Este trabalho investiga a composição da produção literária brasiliense, desde a instituição da cidade como capital do Brasil, na década de 60, até os dias de hoje. Uma das maiores discussões da atualidade acerca desse tema é a definição dos autores que podem ser considerados verdadeiramente representantes da literatura da cidade, o que eles produzem e para quem escrevem. A considerar que a literatura brasiliense já obteve proposta de determinação legal, que a institui como obrigatória nas escolas do Distrito Federal, faz-se necessário investigar se a produção literária local chega efetivamente à sala de aula e, portanto, se os alunos das escolas da rede oficial de ensino já podem ser considerados parte do público leitor. A investigação ocorreu por meio de pesquisa bibliográfica e de pesquisa de campo envolvendo os autores locais e professores da rede oficial de ensino. A partir dos coletados nas antologias e das respostas colhidas em entrevistas, propõe-se uma constituição de cânone para os primeiros cinquenta anos da produção literária da cidade e apresenta-se um cânone emergente, visando aos próximos 50 anos. Espera-se que seja confirmada a participação cultural desses vultos, pelo mérito de sua produção artística e crítica, na comemoração do centenário da capital do Brasil. _________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT

This study analyzes the composition of literary production in Brasília, focusing on the establishment of the city as the capital of Brazil in the 1960s and tracing it to the present day. One of the current discussions about this issue is the definition of the authors that can be considered truly representative of the city, with respect to the work that they produce and the audience that receives it.Whereas the literature in Brasília has obtained draft bill that establishes it as compulsory reading material for the schools of the Federal District, it is also necessary to investigate whether the literature of the city indeed reaches the classroom, and subsequently, if the students of the official schools can already be considered the members of the public that consumes this literary material. The investigation was conducted through analysis of literature, as well as field research involving local authors and the teachers in official schools. Through the work collected in anthologies, and the answers taken from interviews, an emphasis is placed on the establishment of a canonical approach to the first fifty years of literary production within the city and presents an emerging canon, aiming the next 50 years. It is expected to be confirmed the participation of cultural figures, for the merit of their artistic production and critical view, on the celebration of the centenary of the capital of Brazil.
