| Abstract: | O presente artigo procura apresentar evidências no nível morfossintático de que o português falado pelo povo leste-timorense trata-se de uma variedade dessa língua, chamada de Português de Timor-Leste (doravante PTL), assim como o Português Europeu (PE) e demais variedades já estudadas e que gozam de maior prestígio social, como o Português Brasileiro (PB), juntamente com outras variedades, como o Português de Moçambique (PM), Português de Angola (PA), e os crioulos de base lexical portuguesa. |
