Mito e psicanálise

Abstract

O objetivo deste estudo é compreender a noção de mito em obras de Freud. A partir de compreensão de mito como uma realização de desejo, este estudo mostra que sua linguagem é análoga ao sonho e à fantasia. Como o mito permite a articulação de elementos opostos, ele oferece um apoio para a compreensão da lógica psicanalítica. A linguagem mítica oferece ao sujeito a possibilidade do reconhecimento de algo que provoca horror e põe em cena o desejo. O estudo enfatiza a idéia de mito como sonho da humanidade, liberando o imaginário. Propõe-se que o mito promove uma intersecção entre a realidade psíquica e a realidade exterior, o singular e o coletivo. A partir do mito da horda primeva, é analisada a importância de linguagem mitológica na cultura. Sua função no controle das regulamentações é realçada. A partir de Heros e Psique, de Apuleio, Édipo Rei e Antígona, ambos de Sófocles, é destacada a noção de que a realização de desejo tem a perspectiva de uma travessia perigosa. A importância da investigação dos mitos individuais também é analisada, compreendendo a clínica como um lugar para se investigar os sentidos que o sujeito construiu para seus engimas. _________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT

The objective of this study is to comprehend the notion of myth in the work of Freud. From the comprehension of myth as the realization of a wish, this study shows that its language is analogous to dream and fantasia. Once the myth allows the articulation of opposite elements, it offers support to the comprehension of the psychoanalytical logic. The mythical language offers, to the subject, the possibility of acknowledgement of something that provokes horror and brings wish to the scene. This study emphasizes the idea of myth as the dream of the mankind, freeing the imaginary. It proposes that the myth promotes an intersection between the psychological reality and the external reality, between the singular and the collective. From the myth of the primeval horde, the importance of mythological language on culture is analyzed. Its function on the control of regulations is emphasized. From Apuleius’ Eros and Psyche, from Sophocles’ Oedipus Rex and Antigone, this text brings the notion that the realization of a wish has the same perspective of a dangerous crossing. The importance of the investigation of individual myths is also analyzed, making the clinic a place to investigate the meanings that the subject built for its own enigmas.
